Just an advice for other people, this is not a slackline but a balance tool based on a slackline. As it is not written anywhere I mention it here so that people know. I personnaly find it great for training my balance but don´t expect it to be like a slackline set up outside. ;)
I was thinking about ordering this for quite a while (since it's quite some money) ...but finally ordered it last month, now that summer is ending and I really wanna keep moving during winter as well.
The set up wasn't too bad and now I can mini-slackline and do quite some cool exercises on the slackrack at home!
It's also good against excuses like "it's too late to go to the gym" or "ah its raining today" ;D
After a bad injury I got a recommendation from my physio to try a different approach and instead of not moving my ante, he told me to continuously to exercises on this fitness slackrack. It felt good from the beginning and by now, I can walk again! I keep training on the slackrack though, because it’s also good for your balance.
